Turnaround Tactic
The new retail area converted from a market has become a new extension on the Shopping Centre's ground floor. The main entrance was given a modern look to enhance the property's overall image. This, coupled with lighting features and colourful floor patterns arranged along the ground floor corridor, helps to direct foot traffic. Retail floor plan has been adjusted and trade mix broadened with reference to customers' needs, offering diversified shopping and dining choices at reasonable prices.

Shopping Centre Profile
Ming Tak Shopping Centre was completed in 1999, and has a total floor area of approximately 39,000 square feet and about 380 parking spaces. Situated near major residential estates, including 1,600 public housing units, the shopping centre provides a convenient shopping destination to shoppers in the district.
