Project Overview
Situated near the MTR Tiu Keng Leng Station, Choi Ming Shopping Centre is easily accessed and is one of the popular shopping centres in the Tseung Kwan O district. It serves the residents of the nearby housing estates including Choi Ming Court, Kin Ming Estate and Tong Ming Court with daily necessities. The extension of the shopping centre on the ground floor with renovation works on the corridor and washroom and opening of new shops has remarkably improved the ambience and facilitated the patronage flow of the shopping centre.

Turnaround Tactic
Enhancement of the previously un-used corridor area by introducing wider retail choices has attracted more shoppers to come. With the newly refurbished passageway and corridor, traffic flow on the ground floor of Choi Ming Shopping Centre has been greatly improved. The newly introduced tenants are also very popular among nearby residents and students, increasing the patronage of the shopping centre.

Shopping Centre Profile
Choi Ming Shopping Centre comprises a 5-storey commercial / carpark building, the ground floor of a 6-storey retail / car park building in Kin Ming Estate (Extension Block), an 8-storey carpark building and all those covered parking spaces on ground floor of Choi Ming Court. The main building was completed in 2001 while the Extension Block was in 2003. The asset enhancement works on the ground floor to convert the unused corridor area to new shopping spaces was completed in January 2008. Choi Ming Shopping Centre now has more than 120,000 square-feet shopping area and 770 carpark spaces that provides shoppers with quality choices of products and services.
