The centre provides about 21 000 square metres of lettable area with 96 commercial premises for various retailing and service trades including Chinese restaurants, a supermarket, convenience stores, banks, bakeries, and many other shops and dining outlets.
There are also two fully air-conditioned markets, one of which is a single operator market. Other facilities include a post office, a public library, medical and dental clinics and three roof-top gardens.
Indoor and outdoor venues at various floors are also designed for exhibitions and promotional activities.
Convenient public transport facilities including a covered bus terminus, a minibus station and a taxi stand are provided at the upper entry level of the centre at Wai Wah Street. Local residents can access the centre easily via a comprehensive covered walkway and footbridge network linking the public rental housing estates and home ownership courts.
At the lower entry level at Yuk Wah Street, there is a two-storey car park providing about 100 hourly parking spaces and 100 monthly parking spaces.
