Chung Fu Shopping Centre is located at the north-western periphery of Tin Shui Wai.

It is divided into Phases 1 and 2, both being equipped with central air-conditioning. There are three retail floors of some 21,000 square metres for 125 shops and a multi-storey car park providing adequate parking spaces for shoppers.

Shops there include banks, superstores, Chinese restaurants, convenience stores, and fast food shops. There is also a centrally air-conditioned market on the ground floor at Phase 1 for wet and dry goods. There are four venues within the shopping centre for promotional activities and exhibitions.

In addition, recreational facilities such as basketball, volley ball and tennis courts are provided at the Roof Garden of Phase 1.

Convenient public transport is available in the vicinity. There are a covered bus terminus, a public light bus stand and a LRT station nearby. Local residents can easily gain access to the shopping centre through the shopping deck and footbridges linking the nearby housing estates.
