This shopping centre is situated at Cheung Fat Estate on the north east coast of Tsing Yi Island and was completed in 1989.

It is a centrally air-conditioned commercial complex of five storeys including an indoor recreation centre, a market and a car park. The centre contains 89 shop units and 124 market stalls, with a gross shopping area of about 14,000 square metres.

The anchor businesses include a Chinese restaurant, fast food shops, a children games centre, an ATM centre, a bank, a superstore and a supermarket etc. Promotional activities can be held within the shopping centre.

A bus terminus is situated right at the entrance of the centre. The MTR Tsing Yi Station and the Airport Express Tsing Yi Station are accessible within 15-minute walk.
