Commercial Organization/ Individual Client Application
Commercial organizations, upon registration, are eligible to apply for hiring of
Sales Kiosk. Procedures are as follows:
i. Written Application
Registered clients are required to submit application by using one of the following methods during the submission period specified below. Late application will not be entertained:

ii. Stand-by Application (applicable to registered clients (commercial organizations/ individual
Client));
Sales Kiosk left to be let after scrutiny of written applications will be made available for stand-by application. Clients may submit the application form via fax or e-mail for hiring Sales Kiosk for the last seven days of current month as well as any dates for the next month during office hours in the first ten days of each month. Late application will not be entertained.

Conditions of Hiring (applicable to stand-by booking by registered clients (commercial organizations/ Individual
Client))

Each application is applicable only to hiring
Sales Kiosk for the last seven days of current month as well as any dates for the next month; |
| 2. |
|
Applicants will not be limited by booking period or monthly quota on hiring Sales Kiosk; |
| 3. |
|
The minimum period for hiring a
Sales Kiosk is one day; |
| 4. |
|
Without granting of special approval from us, no subletting nor assignment is permitted; |
| 5. |
|
We reserve our rights to accept / refuse applications at our sole discretion. |

Collection of Sales Kiosk Licence Fee
After all bookings are confirmed, the "Sales Kiosk Demand Note" will be issued and sent to
Clients. Clients are required to settle the payment on or before the payment due date. Payment should be made by cheque or cashier order. Please make your payment in person to our address below and at designated office hour:
33/F, One Landmark East, 100 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon
Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm). The office closes on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
Other Remarks:
1. Venue Availability
We may reserve some Sales Kiosk on certain dates for any in-house programs. We may release any of such pre-reserved Sales Kiosk at last-minute and offers it to any organization if the initial program plan is changed.
2. Booking acceptance and decline
Acceptance and declining of Sales Kiosk booking is at our sole discretion.
In general, commercial booking, charged on full licence fee, will be treated with priority.
We reserve the right for declining booking application after assessment of the event's nature and content. For example, we may decline application based on the consideration that its event's nature or content is not favourable to the operation of the shopping centre or is not favourable to the image of the shopping centre / the company.
3. Usage and Allocation of Sales Kiosk
Usage and allocation of Sales Kiosk is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right for not offering any
Sales Kiosk as particularly requested by the applicant or replacing it with other suitable
Sales Kiosk.
4. No. 8 or above Typhoon and Black Rain Warning Signals:
Special arrangement will have to be dealt with by the Sales Kiosk team on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our
Sales Kiosk Team for further details.
5. Where the English and Chinese text for these application procedures are in conflict, the Chinese text shall prevail.
