The Link manages 178 carparks that neighbour most of our retail facilities and many of Hong Kong's public housing estates. These facilities provide approximately 80,000 carpark spaces, serving customers and tenants of our retail facilities, residents living nearby and other visitors.

We are constantly looking at asset enhancement opportunities, with a view to bringing better service and extra convenience to carpark users.

One-Link Pass Monthly users of private car parking bays of The Link's carparks can apply for the One-Link Pass by paying an additional sum of $388 monthly. With One-Link Pass, the users can enjoy free parking at the hourly parking bays of The Link's 161 carparks from 0800 to 2400 every day.

How to Use One-Link Pass

EV Pass
Owner of Electric Vehicle can apply for the "EV Pass" free of charge. "EV Pass" Holder/ User can enjoy parking his/ her EV car at the designated space with electrical charging facilities for recharging purpose from 10:00am to 22:00pm daily. During the recharging period, parking fee will be waived.
