Mr Tony Lam is responsible for overseeing the strategic human resources management, learning and development and general administration of the Manager. Mr Lam joined the Manager in May 2010 and has extensive experience in human resources and operation management across different industries. Before joining the Manager, Mr Lam has managed a number of complex organisations which required him to deal with business growth, consolidation, acquisition and cross-border human resources issues. Mr Lam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Master of Organisation Behaviour degree from Brigham Young University.

Mr KT POON
Director (Corporate Communications & Strategy)

Mr KT Poon is responsible for overseeing the corporate communications, marketing and promotion functions across the portfolio and advising on the strategic directions for business development of The Link REIT. Mr Poon joined the Manager in January 2010. Mr Poon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a seasoned communications and public relations professional who has worked in major advertising agencies, media companies and public organizations in Hong Kong including Housing Authority, Hospital Authority, Television Broadcast Limited, Capital Communications Corporation, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett and McCann Erickson.

Mr Edward TSE Siu Cheung
Director (Project and Development)

Mr Tse, aged 50, is responsible for formulating project development strategies, policies and overseeing the renovation projects to support the Manager in realizing the full potential of the assets. Mr Tse joined the Manager in May 2010 and has over 25 years of experience in architectural design and management, with extensive experience in project management, contract and on-site construction management, shopping mall branding and etc. Mr Tse holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Hong Kong. Mr Tse is an Authorized Person (List of Architects), a Registered Architect in Hong Kong and also a Member of Hong Kong Institute of Architects.
