Building community of stronger cohesiveness
Apart from providing the neighboring communities with comfortable and convenient shopping hubs, our portfolio of shopping centres is also a platform for us to serve the community. Roving events of various nature and themes are held at the shopping centres from time to time, such as carnivals, cultural performances, artifact workshops, exhibitions and seminars. These events enrich the lives of the general public with free entertainment as well as useful information in their vicinity.

We also take pleasure in sponsoring venues to community organisations for launching events, including fund raising, charity promotion, civic education, cultural activities, and health and environmental protection education. In order to provide various kinds of necessary community services to neighboring residents, we have set aside 85,400 square metres, or 8.4% of our total lettable internal floor area, for renting to non-profit-making organisations at concessionary rate.

In recognition of our efforts in supporting community activities, we were presented with the "Devoted Sponsorship and Promotion Award" by the Social Welfare Department.

We organise "The Link Fun Academy" at Tin Shui Wai with a series of artifact workshops hosted by renowned artists and cultural groups. The programme not only offers a variety of learning opportunities to the participants, but also brings about endless moment of fun.

We organise a variety of roving cultural and leisure activities at our shopping centres, such as carnivals, game booths and clown performances, aiming to provide children and teenagers in the district with wholesome activities.

Voluntary groups organise different exhibitions in our shopping centres, such as large-scale job fairs, to introduce the latest information to neighbouring residents.

Seminars and promotional events on home safety and public safety are well received by customers.

Non-profit-making organisations launch different health promotion events in shopping centres, providing the public with information on disease prevention and healthy living.
