• Assist to monitor the progress in delivering the maintenance of the work site
• Assist to provide comprehensive maintenance services in building works to maintain a safe and healthy environment of shopping centres and carparks
• Assist to enhance the implementation of asset enhance improvement and renovation works

• Higher Diploma in Surveying / Construction Management / Building Technology & Management or equivalent
• Knowledge in facility / maintenance works
• Self-driven, customer-oriented, good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate will be considered
