• Manage the sales of a wide array of casual leasing, such as Sales Venue, Kiosk and Advertising under the Link Management Ltd.
• Develop, manage and explore new clients for causal leasing which helps to drive revenue growth of the business team
• Pro-actively sell the venues/ booths of the thematic fairs initiated by the Manager
• Conduct market study and analysis; implement business development plan and strategy to expand the market share.
• Monitor the quality of sale exhibition / product fairs and handle client¡¦s complaints if necessary.

• Matriculation or above, preferably in Sales or related disciplines
• 4 years of working experience in sales or business development is preferred
• Prior experience in media advertising sales, casual leasing of shopping centres, or account servicing is preferred
• Strong industry clients/ contacts and good relationship with prospective exhibitors such as servicing business household and consumer brands are essential
• Result-oriented, strong communication skills, good business and management skills, self-motivated, proactive, creative, hard working
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
