Senior Project Officer / Project Officer(Ref no.: L10/07-155)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the major renovation and district improvement projects in commercial complexes
- Prepare feasibility study and conceptual plans for renovation projects
- Monitor the progress and quality control for projects
- Coordinate with in-house teams, consultants and vendors for all project related activities
Requirements
- Degree holder in Building Surveying, Architectural Studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction industry with at least 2 years in preparing architectural or building plans with AutoCAD
- Experience in project coordination and preparation of layout plans for renovation works of shopping centres would be an advantage
- Be a good team player and able to work closely with different working teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizing and communication skills
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Microsoft PowerPoint, Words and Excel
- Willing to work under pressure and irregular office hours
Remuneration
