• Assist in formulating and implementing leasing strategies, policies, guidelines, terms and conditions for the Company¡¦s retail portfolio and market facilities.
• Leading a team of leasing professionals to conduct research and rental assessments and valuation services with a view to attaining maximum investment yield from the leasing activities.
• Monitor variances in various leasing control parameters such as income receivable, vacancy, rental trends, competition and customer & business turnover.
• Monitor on the execution & completion of legal documentation.
• Prepare budgets & forecasts.

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
• HKIS / RICS / General Practice Surveying or equivalent preferred
• At least 6 years¡¦ solid leasing experience in leading property developers an advantage and preferably related to retail shopping centres
• Excellent relation with potential clients/tenants and able to identify and bring in new types of clients/tenants
• Possess good business acumen with strong market awareness
• A team-player with excellent negotiation and communication skills
