Assistant Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Officer(Ref no.: L10/07-137)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and implementing leasing strategies, policies, guidelines, terms and conditions for the Companyˇ¦s retail portfolio and market facilities.
- Leading a team of leasing professionals to conduct research and rental assessments and valuation services with a view to attaining maximum investment yield from the leasing activities.
- Monitor variances in various leasing control parameters such as income receivable, vacancy, rental trends, competition and customer & business turnover.
- Monitor on the execution & completion of legal documentation.
- Prepare budgets & forecasts.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
- HKIS / RICS / General Practice Surveying or equivalent preferred
- At least 6 yearsˇ¦ solid leasing experience in leading property developers an advantage and preferably related to retail shopping centres
- Excellent relation with potential clients/tenants and able to identify and bring in new types of clients/tenants
- Possess good business acumen with strong market awareness
- A team-player with excellent negotiation and communication skills

Remuneration
We offer 5-day work week and attractive remuneration package to the right candidates. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and working experience.
