Operational Compliance Manager(Ref no.: L10/08-170)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor the overall operation compliance of a commercial property portfolio
- Formulate and implement control techniques to enhance the supervision effectiveness on operation quality and compliance
- Plan and carry out surveillance policies on leasing activities
- Coordinate with business process and risk management team to identify operation compliance needs
Requirements
- Holder of relevant professional qualification (MCIH MHKIH) or degree in Property/Facility Management related studies
- Registered Professional Housing Manager
- Minimum 10 years' solid experience in commercial property management of which 5 years at managerial level is a must
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Team player, proactive, aggressive, and able to work independently
- Good presentation, research and analytical skills
Remuneration
