• Monitor the overall operation compliance of a commercial property portfolio
• Formulate and implement control techniques to enhance the supervision effectiveness on operation quality and compliance
• Plan and carry out surveillance policies on leasing activities
• Coordinate with business process and risk management team to identify operation compliance needs

• Holder of relevant professional qualification (MCIH MHKIH) or degree in Property/Facility Management related studies
• Registered Professional Housing Manager
• Minimum 10 years' solid experience in commercial property management of which 5 years at managerial level is a must
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Team player, proactive, aggressive, and able to work independently
• Good presentation, research and analytical skills
