Facility Manager / Assistant Facility Manager(Ref no.: L10/03-76)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage facility improvement and maintenance works in shopping centres and carparks
- Deal with internal and external parties in all facility management or maintenance related issues
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all facility maintenance works
- Plan & monitor the facility management schedule and progress
- Evaluate the contractor's performance
Requirements
- Degree holder in Facility Management, Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines with professional qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of solid experience in facility management field, preferably gained in property management company or property consultancy firm
- Conversant with local practices and government regulations related to various project management disciplines
- Able to maintain excellent working relationship with facilities or maintenance parties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Remuneration
We offer 5-day work week and attractive remuneration package to the right candidates. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and working experience.
