Audit Assistant (2-year contract)(Ref no.: L10/03-74)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Report to the Internal Audit Manager and Head of Internal Audit
  • Implement audit procedures as laid down at each property (including shopping centre, carpark and market)
  • Discuss and report preliminary audit findings from the site inspection
  • Assist to execute further investigation and make recommendations to the management
  • Follow-up on the audit findings and recommendations to ensure the identified issues being addressed
  • Make extensive visits to the shopping centers

Requirements
  • F.5 graduate with audit and accounting background
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably gained in property management company or property consultancy firm
  • Self-driven, outgoing, good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of IT related asset management platform
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Remuneration

We offer 5-day work week and attractive remuneration package to the right candidates. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and working experience.
