Audit Assistant (2-year contract)(Ref no.: L10/03-74)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Report to the Internal Audit Manager and Head of Internal Audit
- Implement audit procedures as laid down at each property (including shopping centre, carpark and market)
- Discuss and report preliminary audit findings from the site inspection
- Assist to execute further investigation and make recommendations to the management
- Follow-up on the audit findings and recommendations to ensure the identified issues being addressed
- Make extensive visits to the shopping centers
Requirements
- F.5 graduate with audit and accounting background
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably gained in property management company or property consultancy firm
- Self-driven, outgoing, good analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of IT related asset management platform
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Remuneration
We offer 5-day work week and attractive remuneration package to the right candidates. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and working experience.
