Senior Strategic Planning Officer(Ref no.: L10/05-102)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee feasibility studies and researches related to the macro market, real estate industry and property portfolio in support of the formulation, development and review of business strategies and tactical initiatives
- Review and analyze development control parameters in support of business development initiatives of various properties
- Assist in providing professional advice on projects from land administration perspectives
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in the implementation of various research projects
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines; major in Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline is an advantage
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong business acumen and analytical power, with sound market knowledge
- Excellent master of Chinese and English in report-writing
- Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, good time-management, and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with social issues and current affairs
