The Link REIT is Hong Kong’s first and largest real estate investment trust, comprising retail and car park facilities. 

 

Since 1 November 2009, a direct management model has been implemented for our centres. This new model strengthens the quality of professional management, reduces outsourcing, eliminates sub-contracting and enables us to be more responsive to the needs of tenants, customers, and the community. The Property Management & Operations Team at The Link REIT provides quality property management services for the benefit of retailers, shoppers and the Hong Kong communities we serve.

 

To ensure efficient management of the large number of assets in our portfolio, all Link's properties have been divided into 4 Divisions, namely, the New Territories; Shatin, Tsing Yi and Tung Chung; Kowloon and Ma On Shan; and Kowloon East, Tseung Kwan O and Hong Kong Island.

 

The Property Management & Operations Team is accountable to the Head of Property Management & Operations, who oversees and monitors the performance of all districts. Each Division is also headed by a Division General Manager/Division Assistant General Manager who is supported by Senior Portfolio Managers/Portfolio Managers, Property Officers and clerical grade staff.
