In The Link Award Ceremony 2012 Round 2, 4 divisions are allowed to nominate a touching service experience to compete for the Most Touching Service Experience Award. ​Over a hundred elderly queued outside a fast food shop in Fu Shin Shopping Centre for the $4 meal boxes. One of the elderly, granny Kin fell on the floor accidentally and hurt her head. The staff from the management office arrived the scene immediately and sent granny Kin to the hospital for further checking.

When the security guard was patrolling in Shek Wai Kok Commercial Centre at around 11 o’clock at night, he noticed that one of the shops was not yet closed and no people were in the shop. The security guard returned to the management office and got in touch with Mr. Chan, the shop owner. He then stayed outside the shop until Mr. Chan returned.

​A woman was robbed in Chung On Shopping Centre. 3 security guards noticed the incident and chased after immediately. They assisted the passers-by subduing the suspect and called the police at once.

Sing Wai Piano Co. Ltd. in Kai Tin Shopping Centre was holding a piano exam while a group of youth gangs were wandering and yelling outside. The staff of the company failed to stop them and the youth gangs started throwing meal boxes into the shop. The staff was panic and sought help from the customer service centre.
