Disclosure of Interest
The Link REIT has a disclosure of interests regime whereby certain provisions of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (the “SFO”) were incorporated into the Trust Deed of The Link REIT and are applicable as if The Link REIT is a company with its shares listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “SEHK”).

Unitholders and investors are advised to consult their professional advisers on their duty and obligations in relation to reporting their interests in The Link REIT.
 
Substantial Unitholders
 
Pursuant to the Trust Deed, any person who is interested in 5% or more in the units of The Link REIT shall have a duty to notify SEHK and the Manager of his long position and, if applicable, short position interest in the units of The Link REIT and any change thereof in accordance with the requirements of the SFO. Such interests disclosed can be viewed on the website of SEHK. As at 30 September 2011, according to disclosure of interests to the SEHK and the Manager, persons having 5% or more interests in the units of the Link REIT were as follows:
