Lek Yuen Plaza
Lek Yuen Plaza is situated in Shatin district and enjoys high accessibility to the Shatin MTR Station. To improve the trade mix and attract more tenants, the previous food and beverage, and oversized retail shops were re-partitioned into smaller shops. After reopening, Lek Yuen Plaza has been successfully transformed into a modern and attractive shopping destination for residents of the local community.
With improvements to the vertical transportation and air-conditioning systems, Lek Yuen Plaza is more convenient and comfortable for shopping and dining. After the asset enhancement project, the shopping area was refurbished with a new retail zone accommodating a wide variety of shops such as hair salons, a bakery and a frozen meat shop. To complement the new theme of the Plaza, some external wall areas have been renovated with graphics and advertising light boxes.
