Project Officer (Ref. No.: L13/06-287)
Responsibilities
Carry out site survey and measurement to verify the actual dimensions and site condition of the retail facilities
Prepare layout plans for leasing and repairing / improvement projects
Prepare cost estimate for proposal of layout plans
Prepare and update procurement document
Coordinate various parties for projects in progress
Maintain and update record drawings
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate holder in Architectural Studies, Building Studies or related disciplines
At least 5 years of experience in preparing architectural or building plans with AutoCAD
At least 3 years of experience in preparing general building plans submissions to Building Authority for approval
Sound knowledge of statutory requirements on Buildings Ordinance and allied Buildings Regulations, related Code of Practices and Practice Notes such as Code of Practice for Fire Safety I Building 2011 for MOE, FRC, MOA, DV and compartment, provision of BFA and of sanitary fitment
Knowledge of other building related legislations, Fire Services Ordinance, licensing matters under Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance
Knowledge of Outline Zoning Plans, land matter, lease plan, assignment plans and deed of mutual covenant plan
Experience in structural drawings, drafting layout plans for large scale shopping centres would be an advantage
Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop
Able to work in a team and individually with strong sense of responsibility
Good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills
