Our asset enhancement works, encompassing improvements in trade mix, customer service, promotional activities and the physical structure, are key to these strategies. By progressively enlivening our properties, we are generating higher shopper patronage and satisfaction and investment returns, in addition to providing job opportunities. As a result, both our customers and unitholders benefit.
