Management Trainee Programme 2013
The two-year Management Trainee Programme is designed to nurture young talent and develop them into future leaders. The programme aims not only to benefit The Link Management Limited, but also the communities that we serve.
The programme requires trainees to present their management ideas to The Link’s Senior Management Team and take ownership of ad hoc projects, including the conducting of company-wide activities.
Objectives of the programme are to:
• Recruit and train young talent to develop them into successful future managers of The Link Management Limited
• Mentor and coach young talent to develop them into future leaders of the communities that we serve.
During the two-year programme, the trainees will undergo intensive professional development, incorporating classroom training, on-the-job training and assignments to different business units.
We provide a well-defined learning and development curriculum with an emphasis on core management competencies.
