The Management Trainee Programme is a two-year programme designed to nurture aspiring and professional management talents for the future developments of The Link Management Limited ("LML").
Objectives of the programme are to:
• Recruit, train and develop a team of management talents to support the current business challenges of LML;
• Equip the management trainees with the skills and knowledge to meet and lead the future developments of LML.
During the two-year programme, the trainees will undergo an intensive development programme incorporating classroom training, on-the-job training and rotations to different businesses and functions. They will be equipped with professional management skills to assume further responsibilities at LML.
We provide a well-defined learning and development curriculum with emphasis on core management competencies.
